At Handmade Heaven Creation Soaps and Candles, we take great pride in handcrafting each soap with love and care. Every bar is made in small batches using natural ingredients to ensure the highest quality.
Because our products are personal care items, hygiene and safety are extremely important to us.
Please review our Refund & Return Policy before making a purchase.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of handmade bath and body products/ Candles, we do not accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
However, returns are accepted in the following cases:
- You received the wrong product
- Your product was damaged during shipping
To request a return, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at Handmadeheavencreation2025@gmail.com
Include the following details:
- Your full name and order number
- Photos or a short video of the damaged or incorrect product
- Unboxing video (if available)
Once your request is approved, you’ll be guided through the return or replacement process.
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
2. Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:
- Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable.
- In prepaid orders, only the product cost is refunded.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Recheck your bank account or payment wallet.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider — sometimes refunds take additional processing time.

4. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need to exchange an item, send us an email within 48 hours of delivery at

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
